ABC is open year-round, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Admissions are rolling and based on availability, with priority given to siblings and returning families. To start the admissions process you will be required to submit a Pre-Registration Application Form along with a non-refundable pre-registration fee. It is recommended that you schedule a tour with ABC to see the space and have answered any questions you may have. When space is made available you will be contacted immediately and a date will be scheduled for you to register your child. In the event that the program is full, your child may be added to the program’s wait list.
Once admitted into one of ABC’s programs, you will be asked to schedule an appointment with the Director to fill out a registration packet (registration form, agreement & enrollment form, consent forms, etc.) You will be responsible at the time of registration to pay any due registration fees. Finally, before your child’s start date you will need to submit a Medical Form filled out by your child’s pediatrician. Your child will be unable to attend ABC unless an up-to-date medical form is submitted.
Enrollments into ABC’s programs are on an annual, contractual basis for any choice of 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. At the time of registration, a minimum 3-month contract is signed between the child’s parents and ABC for the total sum of tuition due before the end of your child’s program enrollment. Tuition payments are made on a monthly basis with a one-month advance at the time of registration. Tuition payments are due thereafter by the 15th of every consecutive month for the following month until the total sum of tuition is met. For those parents that would like to enroll more than one child in any of ABC’s programs simultaneously, we offer a discounted rate for every additional child attending.
